Introductory consultation
This initial conversation is where the exciting journey of building your new home begins.
Initial design meeting
This is where the design journey begins. You will meet with our team of architects who will design your home.
Conceptual design
A conceptual design is kind of like a rough draft that an author would write for a book.
Final design
In this stage, the house plan will be finalized, and you will begin making your selections for your home.
Starting your build
When everything has been completed to your satisfaction, we will present you with a fixed cost contract for your home.
The custom building experience
You are not finished, however. This is true custom homebuilding. We will have a series of progress walk throughs with you to discuss your project.
